It was great treatment of the employeers, nice and clean beds and comfortable, we forget some things and they kept it for us and when we went back, they return our things as they founded, nothing went missing, and the only thing is that there were not hot waterI hope they fix it.
Location, location, location!! We scored a 10 by staying here due to the location and the underground parking. We traveled to San Cristóbal de Las Casas with family for vacation and we stayed here for two nights. We got 4 rooms in total and everyone was satisfied. The staff was super respectful and kind. The only 2 things we didn't like was the fact that the bathrooms needed more cleaning and the hotel NEEDS to have hair dryers. San Cristóbal is a cold place especially at night and sleeping with wet hair after been out all day is a huge disappointment. So, if you plan to stay here bring your hair dryer gor sure. I didn't even get to see the pool so no comments on that. We were too busy sightseeing. We didn't eat at their restaurant either so, not sure if it's good or not. The night shift personnel was super helpful when it came to getting ice for us since we needed to keep medication cold. They also allowed us to put our ice packs in their freezer overnight. We recommend this place!!

Places becoming somewhat dated. I am sure it was magnificent at one point. It is still clean and comfortable just pay attention to the price point compared to others.
Good location, sleeping comfort and staff 16.737295°, -92.640320° Just two blocks west of Plaza de la Paz, Catedral de San Cristóbal Mártir and Parque Quiosco Central, this hotel has a centrally location. The hotel offers a heated indoor pool, a gym, free indoor parking and a shop selling local arts and crafts. Breakfast was not included, so we skipped the hotel's restaurant, “El Seminario". The courtyard with lift was a nice place to sit, although the quality of furniture in the common areas was poor. A missed opportunity for better maintenance and amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. In December 2024, warm decor, tiled floors and beamed ceilings room 206 (2F) had a window into the courtyard, comfortable two double beds, flat-screen cable TV and good WI-FI-reception. Hot shower was good. We appreciated the location, sleeping comfort and hotel staff. Recommended.
Good hotel over all but the bathroom could be better and it's freezing inside
Rooms are big! They do buffet breakfast. The hotel is close to a cathedral where you can go out to eat and buy typical things from the region.
